Terms of Service

Welcome to the Scandinavian Academy of Fashion Design Learn Hub (“SAFD Learn Hub,” “Platform,” “we,” or “us”), a digital learning environment operated by Margrethe-Skolen ApS, the parent company of Scandinavian Academy of Fashion Design (“SAFD”).

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the SAFD Learn Hub, located at www.hub@safd.dk, and your access to all content and services provided through this platform.

Eligibility and Access

1. The SAFD Learn Hub is a closed, private platform exclusively for current students, instructors, and alumni of Scandinavian Academy of Fashion Design.
2. Access to the platform requires valid login credentials, which are issued solely by SAFD. You agree to keep your login information confidential and are responsible for all activities under your account.
3. SAFD reserves the right to verify your eligibility for access and may suspend or revoke access at any time without notice if you no longer meet the criteria.

Use of the Platform

1. The platform provides access to online courses, educational resources, downloadable assets, guides, and other learning materials (“Content”).
2. Your use of the platform and Content is solely for your personal educational purposes related to your engagement with SAFD.
3. You agree not to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit the Content outside the scope expressly permitted by SAFD.
4. Any unauthorized use of the Content or the platform, including but not limited to sharing login credentials or redistributing materials, is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of your access and legal action.

Intellectual Property Rights

1. All Content, including but not limited to text, graphics, videos, audio, course materials, software, trademarks, and logos available on the SAFD Learn Hub, are the exclusive property of SAFD or its licensors and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
2. You acknowledge that no ownership rights are transferred to you by accessing or using the platform.

User Conduct

1. You agree to use the platform in a professional and respectful manner.
2. You shall not engage in any conduct that interferes with or disrupts the platform, including but not limited to uploading harmful or offensive content, attempting unauthorized access, or engaging in activities that violate laws or regulations.

Privacy and Data Protection

1. SAFD is committed to protecting your privacy. Personal data collected through your use of the Learn Hub is handled in accordance with SAFD’s Privacy Policy, which can be found at www.safd.dk.
2. By using the platform, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

1. The SAFD Learn Hub and all Content are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose.
2. SAFD does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform.
3. To the fullest extent permitted by law, SAFD shall not be liable for any damages arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the platform.

Termination

1. SAFD reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Learn Hub at any time, without prior notice, for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms.
2. Upon termination, all rights granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

1. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Danish law.
2. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Danish courts.

Changes to Terms
SAFD may update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on the Learn Hub, and continued use after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
